Besides having excellent customer service as our first priority, we have never had a backorder on any of our proprietary parts It is a record we are very proud of and work diligently every day to maintain. All orders received before 2 pm ship the same day and no order is in our system for longer than 48 hours. We also stock all related Somfy and Electronic Solution parts for your convenience.
You can fax/email a list of your shades to us and we will send you back a complete bill of materials that you may edit/ or not and send back as a purchase order. |

We are always available to hash out a plan for your motorization project and project manage every detail with your decorator, workroom, electricians, low voltage integrators, architects and builders.

We have a thorough understanding of Somfy and Lutron systems and products and have worked extensively with MechoSystem and Electronic Solution technology. This understanding allows us to expertly assist you in resolving any issues that arise on your project. Design:
One of the most widely used services at Reel Lift is the designing and engineering of parts specifically for your company. You may have a special niche project and have the need for a specialized custom part/s but are not in a position to make a large investment.
We are CAD trained and have vendors who can make one of a kind prototypes and custom parts for your specific application. We have many years of experience in this type of work and are sure you will find our services an excellent value.
Fabrication and Installation:
If you are busy out there selling and want the experts in our shop to build your shades for you, you can drop ship your shades to us and we will ship them to you, programmed and ready to install.
